1-on-1 Personal Training

What this includes:
- Initial consultation that includes goal setting, measurements, and assessment (strength, mobility, range of motion, and endurance)
- First 90 day plan created for your fitness journey
- First 30 day meal plan
- Supplement recommendations (made after the first 90 days)
- Unlimited questions via email or text.
Must be purchased in packages of 5 for hour sessions and 8 for 1/2 hour sessions.
Small Group Training
Do you have a small group (3 or less) that you want to train with? This will allow you some personalization (not as much as 1-on-1) and full accountability.
What this includes:
- Initial consultation that includes goal setting, measurements, and assessment (strength, mobility, range of motion, and endurance) for all participants
- First 90 day plan created for your fitness journey for all participants
Virtual Training – Weekly Check-Ins
